Having been on the stage since he was 15, Rihards has performed in as diverse of settings as Free improvised music, Contemporary Classical, Sound Installation and more conventional genres like Jazz, Blues, Rock and Funk. He has lead solo projects as well as collaborated with world-class artists and performed in renowned venues internationally.

He has been an avid educator in the Greater Boston Area with more than 10 years of experience teaching guitar, bass, ukulele, composition and music theory.
